01 Introduction and Acceptance

You are responsible for protecting your username, password, verification codes, and registered device. Activity completed through your credentials may be treated as authorised unless Turbo888 receives timely notice of a security concern. Never disclose login information to another person.

Turbo888 may request a valid Malaysian identity document, passport, driving licence, recent proof of address, selfie, or evidence that you own a payment method. Withdrawals may remain pending while reasonable KYC, source-of-funds, or security reviews are completed.

05 Deposits and Payment Methods

Turbo888 may support Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, cards, bank transfers, and selected cryptocurrencies. Availability, minimum deposits, maximum deposits, processing times, and fees may vary by account and method.

08 Withdrawals

• attempts to bypass KYC, responsible gambling restrictions, geographic controls, or account limits.

Turbo888 may investigate suspicious activity, temporarily restrict transactions, void affected wagers, remove improperly obtained funds, or close an account where evidence supports a breach. Where appropriate, relevant information may be preserved or disclosed in accordance with law.

10 Responsible Gambling

11 Suspension and Account Closure

Turbo888 may suspend or close an account to protect platform security, investigate prohibited conduct, satisfy a legal obligation, enforce self-exclusion, or respond to material breaches. Where reasonably possible, Turbo888 will provide an explanation and instructions concerning any eligible remaining balance.

12 Intellectual Property

The Turbo888 name, logo, website design, written material, interface elements, software, databases, and promotional artwork are owned by or licensed to Turbo888. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the platform for lawful entertainment.

You may not copy, republish, sell, reverse-engineer, frame, modify, or commercially exploit Turbo888 content without prior written permission. Third-party game names and provider marks remain the property of their respective owners.

13 Availability and Limitation of Liability

Turbo888 aims to provide stable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, telecommunications faults, device problems, payment-provider interruptions, cyber incidents, or events beyond reasonable control may affect availability.
